Pride and Palm Trees
My husband and I started out singing the news in an Ethel Merman / Carol Channing style this morning. Neither of us can sing. It’s going to be one of those days I think. We laughed so hard my coffee almost came out my nose – it was that funny!
But seriously (or not). This morning I discovered the engaging illustrations of German artist Pia Linz. My friend Roger saw her drawing in a park – plein air style. Who draws plein air style??? That is so cool!
*****Two NYC apartments become one when a family of four needs more space. This is absolutely sublime but with all these white walls I have my doubts about the existence of children. Still – simply lovely. From Architectural Digest.
Dawn Hancock - via Art School Girl gives an Econ lesson with ECON 101.
The Palm Project. Today we have Tiffany Palm. $25.00 right here…and $5.00 goes to a good cause.
Beach Art by Jim Denevan. I don’t know what to say. I’m speechless. Via Cube Me.
And….celebrate Pride this weekend at all the fab SF events. Visit here for a list of events.
