Fall Arts and Illustrious Imagining
Everyone have a relaxing holiday?
I did – hardly did anything! However….I should be playing the lottery because last week I went to Traders Joe’s and my purchase came to $7.77. Damn - those lucky stars must be out. Well – I did get art lucky and found items that are melodic and ethereal and sometimes just a touch naughty – oh a new blog to devour as well.
My very own speech bubble to say whatever I want??? Oh – watch out world. Designomite got this one right.
It’s not too early for Halloween is it? This Grim Reaper from Paper Moon says so much in its furry little body. Ghoulish yet somehow cuddly.
Chickens…they are everywhere aren’t they? And this…so much in a little 8×8 size.
I mentioned a new blog above….and here it is Dori The Giant – I want to spend all day here. She imagines that bottle caps are PLANETS. I have nothing more to add.
And just when you thought writing letters was so 20th century – I found Daily Letter. An homage to the written word. Lovely. It’s a little like Post Secret don’t you think?
Finally…..Penelope Dullaghan has it right in this simple print titled “Too Much To Do“.
***********Today write something and then send it in the mail. Just because.
